(sv) Så underbart härligt att verkligen fira att vi nått ”hänryckningens tid” – även detta år. Det känns som att vi behöver det i dessa Coronatider. Naturen sjuder av nytt liv så här års – precis allt verkar komma i ”hänryckning”. Det betyder att bli lite ”från sina sinnen” och ge sig hän åt sina ”drömmar, passioner och allra djupaste motivationer”. Den sanna erfarenheten av detta kan man inte göra utan Guds Ande. Därför handlar Pingsten framförallt om att bli helt uppfylld av helig Ande. Med allt vad det innebär.
Den helige Ande finns väldigt nära dig. Han kom för att uppenbara och förklara allt för oss. Särskilt Gud Fader själv och Jesus. ”Och detta är det eviga livet: att de känner dig, den ende sanne Guden, och den som du har sänt, Jesus Kristus” (Joh 17:3). Det är inte möjligt att lära känna Fadern eller Sonen utan Anden. Den helige Ande kallas för ”uppenbarelsens Ande”. När du och jag ber Honom om uppenbarelse, vishet och insikt – finns det inget Han hellre vill ge. Det finns ingen bättre tid att be en sådan bön än under Pingsthelgen.
”Såsom spegelbilden i vattnet liknar ansiktet, så avspeglar den ena människans hjärta den andres” (Ords 27:19). Den helige Ande hjälper dig med den här speglingen i ditt inre – så att du också får se spegelbilden av Gud, liksom spegelbilden av andra människor, i ditt hjärta.

(en) How wonderful to really celebrate that we have reached what is sometimes called ”the season of ecstasy” – also this peculiar year. We really need it in these ”coronatimes”. Nature is exploding with life this time of year- everything seems singing in ecstasy. It literally means ”ec”- from, ”stasis”- senses. From senses to ”dreams, passions and your deepest motivations”. The real experience is not possible to gain without the Spirit of God. That is why Pentecost is all about being totally filled with the Holy Spirit. With everything that follows!
The Holy Spirit is very close to you. He came to reveal and explain everything for us. Especially God the Father and Jesus. ”And this is eternal life, that they may know you, the only true God, and Jesus Christ whom you have sent” (Joh 17:3). It is not possible to know the true God or the Son without the Spirit. The Holy Spirit is called the ”spirit of revelation”. When you and I pray for revelation, wisdom and insights – there is nothing else He’d rather give. There is no better time to pray such a prayer than during Pentecost.
”As in water face reveals face, So a man’s heart reveals the man”, Prov 27:19. The Holy Spirit helps you with this revealing in your heart. So you will see the image of God, as well as the image of other people, in your heart.
